If you do not remember where you saved the file that was downloaded from the email you received, the easiest way to search for it is: start -> search and enter *.p12 and all files with the p12 extension corresponding to the certificate file will be displayed.
If you have more than one .p12 file, check the date on which you downloaded the certificate.
