If you block your card's PIN by entering the wrong PIN 3 times, you must unblock it with the PUK code. Enter into Card Management and select Unblock PIN. Enter the PUK code and the new PIN twice. If you do not have the PUK code, please submit your case via the URL: https://camerfirma.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new  indicating the certificate identifier and the card number (number engraved on the card itself) requesting the PUK.

NOTE: For the user's security, the PUK code will only be sent to the email address on the certificate (the one that was specified when completing the certificate application form).
