If you have lost the card's PIN and have not changed it, you can request it again through our Support application at the following URL: https://camerfirma.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new enter the card's serial number so that they can provide it to you.
If you have changed the card's PIN, the only way to recover it is to change it with the card's PUK code. If you do not have the PUK, send your query to: https://camerfirma.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new (indicating the certificate identifier and the card number (number engraved on the card itself) requesting the PUK.
NOTE: For the user’s security, the PUK will only be sent to the email address on the certificate (the one that was specified when completing the certificate application form).
